The New York Chapter announces the 8th Annual Pioneering Design Series. This year the series will be held at the New School's Tishman Auditorium. A reception will follow at the Wollman Gallery with food and entertainment. This year the focus is on individuals who are currently making positive moves and are forward thinkers in every aspect of design. The speakers/dates for this year are: March 23rd, Simon Doonan, Creative Director of Barney's New York. April 11th- The Highline Design Team (Robert Hammond, Friends lf Highline), James Corner (Field Operations) and Ricardo Scofidio (Diller Scofidio + Renfro) and May23rd Yves Behar, Founder of Fuseproject.
